This was taken at Kodaikanal in Oct, 2008

Architecture of the inflorescence is very different….
May be Dombeya burgessiae … which has flowers facing out….
Dombeya wallichii has a drooping inflorescence…. with flowers facing towards earth….

this is 100% Dombeya wallichi.

can you give me the link of which i had identified another Dombeya.

Appears closer to images at Dombeya pulchra N.E.Br.

I think D. wallichii is correct ID
