Very difficult to identify an Eriocaulon.

And here with only flowers, id may not be possible.

Identifying plants in the genus Eriocaulon (pipeworts) is notoriously challenging due to their small, often similar-looking flowers and vegetative parts. Microscopic dissection and examination of floral and vegetative characters are essential for accurate identification. That being said, pictures of leaves, geographic location etc can sometimes give us a clue about the species.

This looks like Eriocaulon sedgewickii (named after the botanist Sedgewick). This I am guessing from cream coloured inflorescence with black spots.
