Although fruiting bodies are still immature but this reminds me of Flammulina sp. (Physalacriaceae)
… any idea of wood host tree please try to collect host tree data also while picturing mushroom beacause many a times it really aids in correct identification of mushroom.
I will post my Flammulina cf. populonica images for comparison shortly.
It was a decayed root stock. I shall keep in mind in future!

Sir I think you confused it with Flammulina Suter. now basionym of Phenacohelix genera which belongs to Charopidae (Mollusca) and is a land snail genera and family, not a mushroom
