not a moss actually but a liverwort of the genus Herbertus.

I can only say it’s a species of Herbertus of Liverworts.

This is Herbertus sp. A liverwort not moss

Revision of Asian Herbertus (Herbertaceae, Marchantiophyta) Aino Juslén

This is not a moss but a liverwort. It is a Herbertus sp.

This is not moss but a leafy liverwort belonging to the genus Herbertus. In India the genus is represented by 10 species and Arunachal Pradesh harbours seven species.

I actually identified it as Herbertus dicranus with “Revision of Asian Herbertus (Herbertaceae, Marchantiophyta)”, Aino jusien, 2006.
