It looks like Stychnos potatorum, Loganiaceae. Water clearing Nut.
it is not, fruit is blackish, not blue;
Rubiaceae; Lasianthus sps
Machilus macrantha
not etal, Machilus macrantha Syn. Persea macrantha fruit blackish-purple.

But does Symplocos paniculata have distribution in the area?
