Gland on the midrib at the backside of leaf suggests Kydia, I think. Yes, the leaf is of Kydia and fruit also; What are the species of Kydia reported from your area ? Kydia calycina and Kydia glabrecens are recorded in Mizoram Going by keys from Flora of China, it should be K. glabrescens
I could also find one specimen with similar leaves in GBIF.
