Flowers Could this be Antiaris toxicaria?
The bark is red. Its planted close to species of artocarpus, is it any way related to it.
Fruit definitely looks like some artocarpus

This is Artocarpus lakoocha Roxb. Thanks … Only thing I was concerned about the red bark of this tree. The fruit size is much smaller compared to the lakoocha tree next to it. Does not matches with any species of Artocarpus so far in efi including Artocarpus lacucha Artocarpus zeylanicus (F.M.Jarrett) E.M.Gardner & Zerega ?? Its been five years. The closest i found was Artocarpus lakucha
