Looks like an Anaphalis sp. Looks so but difficult to ID. At one point you feel like Anaphalis nepalensis (Spreng.) Hand.-Mazz., but flowers look different. Could not find an id. Leontopodium himalayanum DC.
Yes, Leontopodium species.
But it’s difficult to say more about the species.
