Is it near a waterbody? is it a compound leaf with 2 leaflets? some where looks like Chionanthus sp.
It is found in dry forests and has been found in many places. yes sir, it is a compound leaf with two leaflets.

The leaves remind me of Lepisanthes.
Please check for Lepisanthes senegalensis
Looks different as descriptions say more than 2 pairs of leaflets in the species.
