Leucas prostrata (Hook.f.) Gamble
I think Leucas prostrata is typically a ground hugging herb, not as erect as in my post. Top surface of Leucas prostrata leaves is glandular.
I may be wrong in comparing, but would like to get the ID validated among the two species.
