Small epiphytic fungus above Mcleodganj, Dharamshala, HP

Small epiphytic fungus ABAUG01/17 : 3 posts by 2 authors. 2 images.
I found these slender ones growing on the trunk of a cedar tree.
The total height was about 4cm from the base to the top of the cap. Please advise
