Red glandular hairs are clearly visible on the rachis, most probably stem would also have red glandular hairs. This feature delimits R. racemosus from R. niveus.

Not Rubus ellipticus, please go with Rubus racemosus Roxb. Rubus ellipticus is different with 3 foliate leaf

Terminal leaflet is obovate and broader and basal are small and possess yellow golden druplets. As I saw the image it has imparipinate 3-5 folate leaf. Inflorescence axillary raceme or aggregated 3-5 flowered. This species would have pink magenta petal.
