010525PKD2: I’d pls collected from Khurda Odisha on May 2025: 3 high res. images.
I guess Spathoglottis kimballiana Hook.f.
I think this is Spathoglottis affinis. Need a better front view and also the origin. Many hybrids in market too.
During my observation, I noticed a unique orchid specimen that caught my attention. When I visit again next time, I will collect a front-view photograph for further study. It indeed appears to be a hybrid species of Spathoglottis, known for its vibrant and exotic blooms. I’m excited to learn more about this orchid and its characteristics.
Was it wild?
No Sir I have collected this specimen from the Regional Plant Resource Centre (RPRC) in Bhubaneswar.
This is a hybrid, not Sphathoglottis affinis….
