Vincetoxicum hirundinaria Medik. ??

This should be Vincetoxicum canescens as per images and details herein.
Looks different from Vincetoxicum hirundinaria as per

I checked this earlier and feel that it is not exactly matching. Sp. in the efi looks leaves are more hairy.
Vincetoxicum hirundinaria subsp. glaucum (Wall. ex Wight) H. Hara

It is a syn. of V. conescens as per http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=242354439

Taking it as Vincetoxicum kenouriense (Wight) Wight, Icon. Pl. Ind. Orient., pl. 1614. 1850 (syn: Cynanchum kenouriense Wight, Contr. Bot. India 58. 1834.) as per Taxonomy of Vincetoxicum s.str. It states “Corolla tube ca. 1 mm long, lobes oblong with obtuse apices, 3–3.5 × 1–2 mm, glabrous within or sparse caducous trichomes present
Thanks to the authors for solving the puzzle.

Needs rethinking as characteristic distinct secondary and tertiary veins are missing.

This should be Vincetoxicum glaucum (Wall. ex Wight) Rech.fil. syn. Vincetoxicum hirundinaria subsp. glaucum (Wall. ex Wight) H.Hara

The plant is stiff and erect whereas Vincetoxicum kenouriense (Wight) Decne. is erect though flexible,
the leaf shape is different, the leaves are thick, stiff and leathery compared to Vincetoxicum kenouriense (Wight) Decne.,
which is more papery and soft.

I would suggest V. glaucum which has distribution in E. Himalayas, prominent venation off V. kenouriense is missing.
