An input received led me to Impatiens amplexicaulis…. This looks like I. badrinathii, recently described by Pusalkar and Singh – leaves are amplexicaul, but spur is straight/almost straight. Both description and figure in FoC are misleading.

May be as per images at /species/a—l/b/balsaminaceae/impatiens/impatiens-chungtienensis Flower images not so clear but I guess Impatiens sulcata Wall. Thanks … for the feedback. I. chungtiensis on efi seems to have a straight spur, I had overlooked that. Here the spur seems to be curved.
However, the size of the flowers differs, these are smaller than the ones on efi. Could this be something else? Yes, Impatiens chungtienensis. .
