The leaf like thalii crinkly edges and divided lobes of Foliose lichen seen at Kulgi and Anashi WLS, Karnatak, last week of April ’10.

This foliose lichen is Parmelia sp. It appears to be growing on bark. A closeup is not very clear to see the surface. Therefore I cannot see the type of structures on the surface.
