It is not listed in the book. Could it be Amanita cokeri (Gilb. & Kuhn.) Gilb. ?? since it is listed.


in A. cokeri the “Knobs” on the cap gradually become smaller from top to the edge of the cap. in your pictures they do not seem to be getting smaller. they are almost the same size: best seen in your first pic


Pl. check comparative images at Order Agaricales

May be some Leucocoprinus species as per comparative image herein.

Does not match with listed two.
