The mushroom in the photos is another genus of “Jelly Mushroom: from the order Tremellales and family Tremellaceae Scientifically known as Tremella fuciformis Berk. (Synonym: Nakaiomyces nipponicus Kobayasi).This mushroom is known to have high medicinal values.

the world of fungi is fascinating. a few months ago i watched a film on TV about slime mold, amazing. If you ever can see one do not miss it. under youtube there are some clips. here is one
A great suggestion …, Hopefully you can get a glimpse of slime moulds with your watchful pair of eyes !! I am quite sure about it.
