I think this plant is Barleria repens, which is known as red barleria too. Allamanda is a plant plant of Convolvulaceae which donot show such morphological characters.

Barleria repens see the calyx and corolla Zygomorphy found in Acanthaceae. Allamanda is a member of Apocynaceae not the convolvulaceae, …
