I think this is a species of Fittonia though I’m not sure which. Here’s the wiki page. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fittonia

For me also this one looks like Fittonia species. More likely Fittonia verschaffeltii of Acanthaceae;
common names: Mosaic Plant, Nerve Plant, Painted Net Leaf
