Chaerophyllum villosum:  Chaerophyllum villosum Wall. ex DC., Prodr. 4:225. 1830.
Plant similar to C. rexlexum, but usually smaller, densely hairy with deflexed hairs; leaf sheath inflated especially in upper leaves; leaves 2-3 pinnate; rays 6-10; bracts with white margin; fruit 6-9 mm long, narrowed at apex.

Could this be Chaerophyllum villosum? The leaves have hair underneath and the stalk covered in white hair.

Kindly identify this herb photographed on the sandrasi meadows along the trail to Manimahesh, Himachal Pradesh, at the altitude of about 3600 metres, in June 2017.

Thank you …  Could it be Chaerophyllum villosum? That seems closest because of the reddish tone of stems.
