Accepted name currently is Tetrataenium aquilegifolium (C.B.Clarke) Manden.
Note this genus is often circumscribed as Heracleum sect. Tetrataenium DC., but see Logacheva et al, 2010.
yes it is Heracleum aquilegifolium. the name of the genus probably have changed.
