Climber seen in Lalbagh yesterday (16.12.19) with white flowers. Could not check if fragrant as they were at a height.
I have met this guy in Labagh, and he has documented all the creepers in Lalbagh.
Infact he (and his friend) have marked every tree in Lalbagh.
You can refer this book for the id.
To me appears close to Chonemorpha fragrans, but I am not sure due to leaves and veins. Looks different from the one suggested by you. The flowers are close to Nerium, Kaner. But its a climber with completely different leaves.
Had not seen it before. Perhaps a new addition. …, you can check if you visit the place. I can give you the location.
Since there was only one bunch of flowers, right on top and out of reach, I couldn’t check if fragrant. I think repeatedly trying and failing, now I think I got it finally as Melodinus cochinchinensis as per images, details and references herein.
