Can you pl ID this medicinal plant, a small shrub that grows in dry area in Northern Sri Lanka. Photo was taken in March 2013

It may be Tabernaemontana heyneana

This is Pagiantha dichotoma. The seeds if crushed and eaten can lead to death; birds swallow them whole and appear to like them very much.
