Remusatia pumila (D.Don) H.Li & A.Hay (=Gonatanthus pumilus (D.Don) Engl. & Krause) is a common herb in mid hills of Uttarakhand.

This picture was recorded from Sikkim..
I think this can be Remusatia pumila…please validate/correct..

However I have only this picture..no inflorescence was seen


Looks to me as Gonatanthus pumilus (now Remusatia pumila). Experts may decide correctly.

I found this growing between a tree and rock face at about 2000m. I think this is Remusatia pumila. I tried to stretch my neck as far as possible to smell the flowers but could not reach them fully and I didn’t want to pluck them. I think I got a mild aroma but couldn’t be certain.

I think it is Remusatia pumila but do you have the photo of leaves. if you have could you please send me for confirmation.


At present I do not have images of leaves however I have the plant and  we have to wait for the coming season.
