–  Yes .., it looks from the fibres at the tip of leaf segments, yet at the sapling stage you can go with the nursery label.

I think yes.


This has been identified by Dr John Dransfield as a Juvenile Washingtonia filifera.


 

Attached is a picture of Washingtonia filifera captured at Sagar Upvan in February 2013.
