With so many of hybrids and cultivars, it would be difficult to get to ID unless photos show sufficient aspects of the plant. DO PLEASE point out if any of these is not Dahlia.

Dahlia is one of the most popular flowers in Uttarakhand and elsewhere. In Tarai and plains flowering season is winters and spring but in hills it blooms during summers.
