Question remains whether Wedelia urticaefolia (Blume) DC. ex Wight (Syn: Verbesina urticifolia Blume) is really reported from “Tungareshwar WLS ” as CoL does not give its distribution here.

Nepali name(s) of Wedelia wallichii Less.:

Please help with Nepali name(s), if any, of Wedelia wallichii Less. … now treated as synonym of Lipoblepharis urticifolia subsp. urticifolia … POWO

It has got no distribution in Nepal.

I assumed distribution in Nepal based on the following links:

My mistake. It has got distribution in Nepal but unfortunately no Nepali name yet.

I happened to find only one search result (archives of Nepal National Library), unfortunately could not open the link.

You may try putting entire string of words in Google Search field and see if it works for you …”Wedelia wallichii is called Vringraaj in Nepal”
