This may be Sedum morganium.

it could be Sedum reflexum.

Does not match with images of Sedum rupestre L. or Sedum morganianum E.Walther

Not Sedum rupestre L. as per images herein.

I had written that … had suggested Sedum reflexum and not Sedum rupestre.

Suggested name is a synonym.
