Yes, it does look like some Tricholepis sp. Also looks similar to Baccharoides anthelmintica from Mandi, uploaded by me: efi thread I also think it to be Tricholepis radicans. I can see some linear lanceolate leaves with serrate/dentate margins. Of course size and other details are lacking to come to any conclusion. T. radicans is a very small herb may be 6 inches or so. .
