Common name: Ornamental monk’s hood, Star cactus, Bishop’s cap

Succulent cactus with single short cylndrical stems up to 35 cm high and 15 cm thick, usually with 8 acute ribs, white floccose; areoles distant, spines 5-11, awl-shaped, littele curved, yellow becoming brown to 4 cm long; fls yellow, up to 8 cm across; fruit splitting longitudinally.

Could this be Astrophytum, Bishop’s Cap Cactus?
I faintly remember reading something to do with ‘Bishop’s’ on the label?
On searching the net, found this possibility.
