Ornamental Plant For ID : BBC Show,MNP : 240613 : AK-1 Echeveria agavoides On searching, none of the pictures available have these tiny spines on the leaf margins for this suggested id. Thats the reason I have cropped up the picture for a better view. May be we need to look again. Sempervivum tectorum looks very close to my picture.
