Flowers are hardly visible & only on closer scrutiny of a picture, you see the flowers. 

My plant  No. 40 posted earlier as per link appears to be same as this one. I think You have clinched on the ID.

Your plant No. 40  is not Diospyros chloroxylon but Diospyros melanoxylon only.
