Unknown catkin from Alipore 29-05-12 SK-1: Is this plant called Sanguisorba?

This is Euphorbiaceae and not Rosaceae. May be Acalypha reptans.

But not listed in Nepal. Could be introduced .

Likely to be an exotic species. I do not know the identity.
