Yes it is Brownia sps.. (Caesalpiniaceae),, Trees of Lalbagh, Bangalore – Brownea coccinea – Scarlet Bean Flame Tree: Brownea for sure. Not B.rosea. Most probably B.coccinea. I have a single photograph of this species. An article in ‘Science Reporter’ june, 2012 issue suggests this might be Brownea coccinea Jacq.
