Millettia pachycarpa is possible (as suggested by Saroj ji) as per images and details herein and as per description in Flora of China and Illustration.
But you have to rule out other species from your area as mentioned in the Checklist of Nepal.

This is not Annonaceae. It is a legume and closer to Callerya or Milletia.
