India (I); Himachal Pradesh; Jammu-Kashmir ; Punjab ; Tamil Nadu ; Uttar Pradesh & other countries as per ILDIS;

Shrub with straight green branches, largely leafless or with few narrowly elliptic up to 2.5 cm long leaves, readily deciduous; flowers yellow, 2-3 cm long, in up to 18 flowered racemes; pod up to 10 cm long, 6-7 mm broad, 15-20 seeded.

This leguminous shrub (perhaps an escape) was recorded from Nauradhar (H.P.)..
