Hook.f.; Xiphidium fockeanum Miq.; Xiphidium giganteum Lindl.; Xiphidium loeflingii Mutis [Invalid]; Xiphidium rubrum D.Don); It may be some monocotyledonous plants but i am sure it is not Orchid, It could be member of Haemodoraceae and species of Lachnanthes, but need close up picture of flower. Its a monocot species not orchid. It looks more of Xiphidium caeruleum to me.
