I did a little bit of checking on the internet for Beilschmiedia dalzellii / Beilschmiedia wightii / Phoebe paniculata.
Beilschmiedia wightii seems the best candidate – because of the glossy upper surface of the leaves, the distinctly pale underside with the heavy, prominent midrib.
