Please ID this medicinal plant. Photo was taken in Sri Lanka in Dec2012.

Is it a species of Plumbago? Family: Plumbaginaceae?

… may be it is Plumbago indica of Plumbaginaceae. But I was afraid to post as there is not a single flower (opened) and not sufficient pics.
