I see these starting to bloom in January.. flowers of India site says march thru may… may be regional difference, by that time our Kolkata flowers are at their tail end..

I have seen these flowers (Dombeya wallichii) today (24 SEP 2022) at few places on one tree at Lal Bagh, Bengaluru. At many places I had noted the inflorescence was dried.

This information I wanted to contribute regarding flowering season.

most likely Dombeya wallichii. shape of the leaves and the pendulous inflorescence

cant see details of the flowers, but consistent with Dombeya wallichii
