I think it is Malva neglecta Wallr. (syn M. rotundifolia auct. (non L.)

Malva neglecta: 2 high res. images.
Habit: spreading dwarf Herbaceous plant. 

Location: Kulgam, jammu and kashmir. 
Date of collection: 27 may 2021.
Petals have purplish sharp lines arising from the base.
Each Petal have U shaped notch present at top.
