Abutilon ? from Hooghly 26-11-12 sk2:  Attachments (11).  7 posts by 2 authors.
Found this shrub or under shrub in a waste land. Searched and found Abutilon oxycarpum (in Australia) which is similar to some extent.
Species : UNKNOWN
H & H : about 5 feet high
Date : 4/11/12, 11.29 a.m.
Place : Hooghly
