Clarkia pulchella from Kashmir, growing in Harwan Garden in Kashmir, the reservoir adjoining to the garden is the source of Water supply to Srinagar and adjoining areas.. This species is distinct from C. elegans in its 3-lobed clawed petals, flowers usually single.
Common names: pinkfairies, ragged robin, deerhorn clarkia

Thanks for attaching the picture of “Deer horn Clarkia” the petals looks like horns of deer hence the name.

‎J&K, Srinagar, April 2023 :: Clarkia for confirmation :: ARK2023-040: 2 high res. images.
These flowers were seen in Nishat Bagh in Srinagar, J&K in April 2023.
I think they are Clarkia pulchella.
