Piper longum?

Cannot say but does not look like !

Could not match with any of listed Piper in efn and two addition listed P. pedicellatum and P. rhytidocarpum.

May be male plant of Piper mullesua Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don as per posting by Nidhan ji at Piperaceae, Lauraceae and Thymelaeaceae Fortnight: Piperaceae-Piper for id from Sikkim-NS SEP 11
Pl. check.

I am not sure … Did not see such image and herbarium anywhere.

I think male plant of Piper peepuloides is possible as per GBIF specimen.

Thank you … Does it produce fruits?

Male plant will not produce fruit.

Can it be male plant of Piper mullesua Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don as per posting by … at Piperaceae, Lauraceae and Thymelaeaceae Fortnight: Piperaceae-Piper for id from Sikkim-NS SEP 11 ?

Looks different according to leaf comparison.

No. It is a female plant of Piper thomsonii. Inflorescence of Piper mullesua have bisexual Flowers.

I could not find listing of Piper thomsonii (C.DC.) Hook.f. in Nepal, however, distribution is mentioned in POWO only. But no record of herbarium sp. in Nepal.

Sir it is a female plant and probably of P. hamiltonii

Thanks a lot, … … suggested it as a  female plant of Piper thomsonii. Any views ?

Thank you … Only POWO showing distribution in Nepal.

CoL also listed for Nepal !

Looking the length and the thickness of the of the spike and the nature of the prophyll, it may not be a P. thomsonii
Lets have some more picture with the habit, leaves and fruits.
It may not be P. hamiltonii also and could be P. khasianum too. So better get more materials.
