This plant from Delhi University Flower show, was initially unidentified. I have tentatively identified it as Psylliostachys soworowii (Regel) Roshkowa (Syn: Limonium soworowii (Regel) Kuntze; Statice soworowii Regel). Please validate.

Height/Length- up to 50 cm incl inflorescence

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- Simple, mostly basal

Inflorescence Type/ Size- cylindrical spikes, up to 40 cm long

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts- mauve coloured, 2-3 mm across

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- not seen

I think your ID is correct, albeit with a small typo. It should be Psylliostachys suworowii
