Most probably Portulaca tuberosa Roxb. which is under unresolved category in TPL or can considered as P. pilosa.
P. tuberosa differs from P. pilosa with spreading habit and tuberous main root.
Flowers bright yellow (Flora of India, Vol 3) while pinkish-yellow (Flora of Rajasthan).
Petals 4-6 (P. pilosa and P. tuberosa),
Stamens: P. pilosa= 10-16; P. tuberosa=10-25.


we all know from experience in gardening for flowers that some plants can develop different colour flowers based on micro nutrients ie mainly metal ions in the soil or added fertilizers

so its not surprising that colors in two different states’s soil produces two different colors of the flowers
