To me appears close to Galium hirtiflorum as per GBIF specimen as below:

G boreale I suppose

Galium boreale and its syn. does not look like listed in Nepal and images in the net also seems not matching.

There are only 2 sp. G boreale with white flowers and the other one (your earlier post) with yellow flowers.
