Hymenodictyon flaccidum Wall., Fl. Ind. 2: 152 1824. (syn: Cinchona flaccida (Wall.) Spreng.);

Small tree to 10m, sometimes an epiphytic shrub. Leaves ovate elliptic to obovate, 10-20 x 5-10cm, glabrous or sparsely pubescent on veins below; petioles 4-8cm, glabrous stipules oblong, 10-25 x 5-8mm, brown glandular-serrate towards apex. Bracts elliptic lanceolate, 4-8 x 1-3.5cm, acute rugose, glabrous; petioles 2-4cm. panicles villous to pruinose. pedicels c 1mm; bracteoles minute. calyx lobes 0.6-0.8mm, acute. corolla white, tube 1.5-2mm; lobes elliptic, 2-3.5mm, acute, pruinose outside, glabrous within. Stamens 12-14 x 3-5mm, reflexed when mature, syrface warty. Seeds 10-12, orange brown, narrowly lanceolate, 6-10mm, wing lacerate.

Thank you for your reply. Although it can be said as the settlement here in my place can be all wild but the very tree was growing somewhat near to settlement please. (Settlement is also considered remote with one with 2 to 3 house)

It is a species of Hymenodictyon, (Rubiaceae). It resembles H.orixense, but there may be other species native to Bhutan

May also be H. flaccidum
