I think, this is Euodia suaveolens, but this is still unresolved.

If you are a Dr and you visit Indonesia, especially Java, don’t hesitate to call me, I can invite you to give a public lecture on Plant Systematics, Biogeography, Plant Morphology, Dendrology, Plant Nomenclature, Plant Diversity etc. at our Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.  Purwokerto.  We will pay for your return travel Jakarta-Purwokerto, 2 night accommodation, local transport, city tour etc.

Thank you. I am not a Dr. though wanted to meet you but it was a very short trip and returning back today.

Thanks, …  So nice of you.

Euodia hortensis Forst. (accepted name)

Plant For ID : Flower Show,Mumbai : 010414 : AK-2 :
Seen at the Flower Show at Jijamata Udyan in Mumbai during Feb 2012.
A cultivated plant, not sure if I had seen it in the medicinal plants section.
Unfortunately, I have only this picture

Can it be some Croton species?

No name in Euphorbiaceae comes to mind.

This was probably an Aromatic Plant as it was kept with Camphor Plant, All Spice, Ocimum, Artemisia.

This is Evodia hortensis

Absolutely brilliant of you to identify this plant. Thank you for the id.
